Refund Policy

All refund amounts are determined on a case-by-case basis. If you sign up for any New Jersey or New York services for abandoned vehicles, or improper evidence of ownership and the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission or NY Dept of Motor Vehicles rejects the application we submit based on grounds out of our control or for no fault of Recovery Solutions And Title L.L.C., no refund will be issued. If you sign up for title services through our out of state option, and we fail to obtain your title, a full refund will be issued.

NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED for any vehicle(s) determined to have been acquired unlawfully (reported stolen).
