We will then send you the required forms or visit your site, if it is within our immediate area.

During the process we may ask you for additional information, if required. Depending on what documents are needed, we will either ask you to mail the information, or we will stop by and get the additional information.

Once all the paperwork is submitted and approved by the state, we will contact you with further information to finalize the process
